Over the past few months, one of the fastest risers in the premium themes market has been Theme Galaxy (in my opinion).  The themes are of a high quality and they are affordable.

There latest release is the Lyra premium theme, which boasts the following features:

  • Flickr feeds
  • Change / rotate header image between 4 different options
  • Pastel colors
  • Coded using semantic and up to date XHTML and CSS

I’ve always been a big fan of the ThemeSpinner releases and actually own a couple of them, but their newest release really caught my eye.

This theme is called Shiva Pro, and it truly is a visual masterpiece.   First, the feature list:

  • Widget Ready
  • Google AdSense Ready
  • Gravatar Ready

This is the only features which are advertised, but if you look at the demo, you’ll find it has pretty much feature you look for in a premium WordPress theme.

Having trouble deciding between a magazine premium theme and a news premium WordPress theme?    The two types are very similar, but definitely have a different purpose.   For these people I’ve been recommending the Magazine News theme from WordPress Theme Market.

Here is a list of the features you get with the Magazine News theme:

  • Google AdSense Ready
  • 125×125 Ad Blocks
  • 3-Column Theme
  • Widget Ready Theme

What about the appearance?  Here is a sample of how the Magazine News theme’s homepage looks by default:
